Lifemend LLC

Lifemend LLC is a private therapy practice in Manchester, Missouri. Currently there is one practitioner, Karen Kline. Appointments are available Monday through Friday with some late afternoon and evening slots available (space on premium spots is limited). Appointments are either in office or virtual. Virtual appointments are either through the portal located on the contact us page or through HIPAA Compliant Zoom. In-Person appointments are available if pre-arranged through Dr. Kline.

I am a mom of 2 girls, a stepmom to grown boys, wife, and a marriage and family therapist.  Helping people be the best they can be is my passion.  I love to help people heal and thrive.
